Explorer's Club for Kids
No parents allowed! At Sunscape Akumal Beach, kids ages 3-12 will have a blast with all the fun-filled activities at the Explorer’s Club for Kids. This fully supervised club has games, a playground and so much more from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Kids can experience sand castle competitions, arts & crafts and movie nights
They can also have a blast on the playground and all that the Explorer’s Club has to offer
All Explorer’s Club staff members are certified by the Red Cross in CPR for children.
Core Zone for Teens
Let’s teens be teens. Teens ages 13-17 have their own space to hang out and relax at the Core Zone Teens Club at Sunscape Akumal Beach. The resort’s Entertainment Team is present to ensure safety and responsibility while the teens take part in all offered activities throughout the day from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Teens can socialize, watch movies, play board games and more
Videogames, sports competitions and more keep teens occupied throughout the day
Teens get to hang out with others their own age and meet other teens from around the world!
Rex Dino Land
Go back to pre-historic times. Rex Dino Land is a fun-filled, immersive area that the whole family can enjoy together from 12 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Featuring water slides, sprinklers, splash buckets, Casa Maya—a toy house (kids must be supervised by an adult), a family game room with arcade games and a playground area, you’re surrounded by dinosaurs at every turn
Enjoy pool tables, video games (Xbox, PlayStation), foosball tables, ping pong and a bungee trampoline
Don’t forget to grab a snack at the food truck when you get hungry.
